Question by : Can a search warrant with a different address be valid, is there any action that I can take after 7 years?
I know its been along time, and I pleaded guilty to several misdemeanors, is there something that I can do now to get rid of this criminal record, or has it been too long. I was going through some old papers and just discovered that the search warrant had the street that I lived on but had the wrong address numbers. The Officers went ahead and searched my home using the search warrant. I did not have an attorney, and pleaded guilty.

You had your day in court already.
Your state may offer expungement of offenses. I don’t know where you’re from so I can’t tell you if they do.

The test for facial validity issues with a warrant is if the police are able to find the location reasonably and conduct the search. Obviously, since the executed the search, they were able to do so. I bet if you were to go back and check you would find that the ITO for the warrant had the correct address and the wrong address on the actual warrant form was merely a typo.
In either way, it’s been 7 years and you did plead guilty so the time has long since passed to do anything.
